All the cakes are baked from scratch and decorated using a mix of local, organic and fair trade quality ingredients with fresh free range eggs. Designed to individual requirements to welcome a new baby, for christenings, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and wedding cakes. Cupcakes are a great present for house warming's, as a thank you gift, for baby showers and for wedding celebrations in traditional, contemporary or novelty style.
Also offering a selection of evening and daytime cake decorating classes and courses, come along to learn new skills in our purpose built kitchen in kent. All materials, notes and refreshents are provided.

I continually train and upgrade my skills to use a variety of techniques to design a special cake for your celebration.
With A Master PME professional diploma qualifications covering Sugarpaste, Royal Icing and Sugar flowers the range of possibilities are endless, from the initial contact and a small amount of information I will design your cake using sketches for you to see your cake in advance.
I am fully certified and trained in Food Safety as recognized by CIEH and a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild.
