RICH FRUIT CAKE
This rich brandy soaked fruit cake is packed with traditional dried fruit, cooked to precision using all natural ingredients.
LIGHT FRUIT CAKE
If you don’t like traditional fruit cake you will love this, packed with dried soft fruits and golden syrup giving this cake the perfect texture & flavour, so much so that one piece is just never enough.
CLASSIC VANILLA
I use a tried and tested Madeira recipe always baked fresh to ensure a springy light texture. The cake is split and filled with a light homemade vanilla butter cream and seedless raspberry or strawberry jam.
LEMON OR ORANGE CAKE
Using the maderia recipe as a base, fresh lemon or orange zest and juice are added for a natural cake flavour.
MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
Definitely my favourite, deep in colour soft and moist in texture this cake will leave you wanting more, packed full of flavour with an option of chocolate, vanilla, orange or mint butter cream filling.
CARROT CAKE
Moist and light a great alternative option to add as a layer to your wedding or celebration cake. This works well with an orange butter cream filling or can be left without.
